OBITUARIES FOR SATURDAY, JULY 28, 2001

Medical technologist
ELLISVILLE Services for Ellen A. Thompson will be held today at 11 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Allen Dearing and John Kramer officiating. Burial will be in Ellisville Cemetery.
Mrs. Thompson, 45, of Marion, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, in her home. She was employed as a medical technologist with The Speciality Hospital of Meridian.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Dennis Hill of Wesson and Christopher Todd Thompson of Hattiesburg; a daughter, Serena Dawn Hill of Columbia, S.C.; her father, D.R. "Dick" Anderson and his wife, Aline, of Ellisville; her mother, Frances Anderson of Meridian; a brother, Grant Hedgepath of Ellisville; three sisters, Sharon Howard and Carla Grussing, both of Ellisville, and Beverly Cagle of Atlanta.

Graveside services for Robert Walter Moulds Jr. will be held today at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery with the Revs. Edward Chambers and Jon Kaufman officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Moulds, 76, of Meridian, died Thursday, July 26, 2001, in Clarke County. He was a mechanic for Gulf Transport Company.
Survivors include his wife, Eula May Wellborn Moulds, a daughter, Melanie Chambers and her husband, Terry, a brother, Marris Moulds and his wife, Ester, a step-granddaughter, Bonnie Chathman, all of Meridian; an uncle, Golis Brand of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Moulds Sr. and Velma Brand Moulds; and a nephew, Donnie Moulds.
Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Moffett, Ronald Chambers, Ken Moulds, Frank Buckley, Ray Smith and Rick Chambers.
Visitation will be today from noon-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
MILDRED W. ENGLISH

Services for Mildred W. English will be held today at 4 p.m. at Enterprise Cemetery with the Rev. James Young officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. English, 76, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, in Gulfport.
Survivors include her husband, Rex English, a daughter, Debra Joiner and a son, Rueben English, all of Gulfport; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
HASSIE R. HARRISON

NEWTON Graveside services for Hassie R. Harrison will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Laird officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Harrison, 93, of Oakridge, Tenn., died Thursday, July 26, 2001, at Methodist Medical Center in Oakridge. She was employed with the Department of Education for 30 years. Ms. Harrison was a member of First Baptist Church of Oakridge and the Citizens Band. She enjoyed playing the guitar and singing.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Van and Temple Harrison, eight sisters and a brother.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
GUSSIE C. ROSS
Retired State of Illinois employee
QUITMAN Services for Gussie C. Ross will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Leggett officiating. Burial will be in Elwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Ross, 85, of Quitman, died Monday, July 23, 2001, in her home.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Eugene Bell Jr., 55, of Meridian, who died Thursday, July 26, 2001, in his home.

Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Barbara L. Ray, of Meridian, who died Friday, July 27, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.

Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Reba Agent, 89, of Meridian, who died Thursday, July 26, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare-Broadmoor.
