Meridian 10's playing for regional tourney title

The Meridian Cal Ripken 10-year-old All-Stars remained unbeaten in the Southwest Regional Tournament being played in Blytheville, Ark.
With the victory Monday, the squad will be battling for the regional championship today at 2 p.m. and a berth in the Cal Ripken World Series.
Earlier this month, the U-10's went undefeated on the Gulf Coast in claiming in the Cal Ripken Youth Baseball Tournament of Champions state crown.
