Collectors' fair comes to Bonita Lakes Mall

Many of us grew up collecting things like stamps, coins and baseball cards. But as we grew older, most of us packed up the collection and stuffed it into a closet.
It's time to dig it out now. This weekend, Bonita Lakes Mall is hosting a collectors' show produced by Quality Collector's Shows, and everyone is invited to bring their own items to sell or trade.
There will be items like Beanie Babies, comics, coins, baseball cards, movie posters, NASCAR souvenirs, stamps and many other collectible items.
Collectors of all levels of expertise, as well as curious non-collectors, are invited to sell, buy or trade items this weekend. In addition, many vendors will offer verbal appraisals of collectables visitors bring in.
The fair will be in the mall starting today at 10 a.m., and it will run until 9 p.m. On Saturday, the fair runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sunday, the fair starts at 1 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m.
For more information, call Bonita Lakes Mall at 693-4960.
