BUCKLEY, RONCALI
Mr. and Mrs. William A. Buckley of Chunky announce the engagement of their daughter, Sherry Caroline, to Robby Dewayne Davis Roncali, son of Robert Roncali and Linda Stevens, both of Newton.
The wedding will be held Saturday, May 12, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Jody Buckley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mattie Cape of Meridian, George Cape of Arcadia, Fla., and the late Darling and Edna Buckley of Hickory.
Miss Buckley is a graduate of Newton County High School and East Central Community College. She is employed by the United States Postal Service.
Mr. Roncali is the grandson of Frank Roncali of Newton and the late Lilly Roncali and the late Mr. and Mrs. D.C. McGee of Lake. The bridegroom-elect is employed by La-Z-Boy.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
CULPEPPER, OLIVER
Jimmy and Judy Culpepper of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, LeAnn Joy, to Michael Lee Oliver, son of Bobby L. Oliver of Little Rock and Bobbie Gail Oliver of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Sunday, May 19, 2001, at 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church.
Miss Culpepper is the granddaughter of Willie and Eloise Hagwood of Causeyville and James and Louise Culpepper of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School and Meridian Community College. She is currently pursuing a degree in elementary education at Mississippi State University.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School. He is employed by Oliver and Sons Construction.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
VICE, MILLER
Mrs. William Vincent Vice of Toomsuba announces the engagement of her daughter, Billie Jo, to Gary Wayne Miller Jr., son of Gary and Cindy Miller of Toomsuba.
The wedding will be held Saturday, April 28, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Russell Baptist Church.
Miss Vice is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Conn of Toomsuba and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Vice of Demopolis, Ala.
The bride-elect is a graduate of The King's Academy and Meridian Community College. While attending the academy, she was a member of the cheerleader committee.
Miss Vice is employed by Bruister and Associates.
Mr. Miller is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Dinwiddie of Toomsuba, Ray Culpepper of Toomsuba and Mr. and Mrs. M.L. Miller of Kewanee.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School and Meridian Community College.
Mr. Miller is employed by Bob's Auto Service.
A reception will be held at the church's Family Life Center.
YARBROUGH, RYALS
James Yarbrough and Shelia Massey Yarbrough, both of Noxapater, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Alison, to Kevin Drew Ryals, son of Kenny Ryals and Judy Ryals, both of Philadelphia.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 2, 2001, at 4 p.m. in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
Miss Yarbrough is the granddaughter of Vellie Massey of Senatobia and the late Opha Massey of Houlka; Volia Yarbrough of Noxapater and the late Kary and Ann Yarbrough of Noxapater.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Noxapater High School and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at East Central Community College .
Miss Yarbrough is employed by Friedman's Jewelers in Philadelphia.
Mr. Ryals is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Denman, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Atkinson and the late Homer Ryals, all of Philadelphia.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Philadelphia High School and attended East Central Community College. He is currently pursuing a degree in civil engineering at Mississippi State University.
Mr. Ryals is employed by Vector Marketing of Jackson.
A reception will be held at the River Terrace Resort in Gatlinburg following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
PARTRIDGE, TAYLOR
Bunky and Dianne Partridge of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Renee', to Jonathan Taylor, son of Guy and B.J. Taylor of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Saturday, May 19, 2001, at 6 p.m. at Northcrest Baptist Church.
Miss Partridge is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Partridge Sr., Anne Salter and the late James B. Stallings.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School. She graduated cum laude from Mississippi State University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.
While attending MSU, she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, Engineering Student Council, Engineer Ambassador and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Miss Partridge is employed by Southern Company Services in Birmingham, Ala.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Parrish and Mr. and Mrs. Winston Taylor.
He is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Mississippi State University, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Mr. Taylor is employed by Community Newspaper Holdings Inc. in Birmingham.
A reception will be held at Meridian Little Theatre following the ceremony.

WEEMS, BERRY
Laura Tillman of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. Danny Weems of Lawrence announce the engagement of their daughter, Ellen Nicole Weems, to Stephen Derek Berry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Watt of Dothan, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Gregg Berry of Glenwood, Ala.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 26, 2001, at noon at Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa.
Miss Weems is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Weems of Lawrence and the late George Cook of Heidelberg.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Newton County Academy and received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Alabama. She is currently employed as assistant director of marketing with Burch and Hatfield Formal Shops Inc. in Tuscaloosa.
Mr. Berry is the grandson of Nell Berry of Andalusia, Ala., and the late Robert L. Berry and the late Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Stephens of Red Level, Ala.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Dothan (Ala.) High School and received a bachelor degree's in economics and health care management from the University of Alabama, where he is currently pursuing a master of business administration degree.
A reception will be held at The University Club following the ceremony.
