OBITUARIES FOR FRIDAY, APRIL 6, 2001

Graveside services for Margaret "Sally" Smith Hitt will be held today at 3 p.m. at Hamrick Cemetery with the Revs. Curtis Dyer, Hal Bates and Ernie Nelson officiating. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hitt, 85, of Collinsville, died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at Benchmark Health Care. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Roderick Hitt and his wife, Mitt, and a daughter, Carolyn Culpepper and her husband, Arnold, all of Collinsville; a brother, Lindsey Smith of Meridian; a sister, Elizabeth Fedorak of Florida; five grandchildren, Connie Joyner, Craig Hitt, Chad Culpepper, Paula Roberts and Gina White; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer "Ray" Hitt.
Pallbearers will be Craig Hitt, Chad Culpepper, Terry Roberts, Eddie White, Andrew Culpepper, Rusty Kynerd, Gerald Adams, Rusty Culpepper and Chris Roberts.
Visitation will be today from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Collinsville.
LEOLA DAVIDSON ROBINSON
Services for Leola Davidson Robinson will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Buckatunna Baptist Church. Burial will be in Buckatunna Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Robinson, 84, of Meridian, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, in her home.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
DOROTHY L. MAPP
UNION Services for Dorothy L. Mapp will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Darnell Archie and Montey Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mapp, 68, of Little Rock, died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, in Jacksonville, Fla.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Mapp of Gulfport; a daughter, Judy Lewis of Jacksonville; a son, Stanley Darnell Mapp of Union; a sister, Bernice Mills of Union; a brother, Darnell Archie of Bude; four grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
GERTRUDE BREAZEALE COOPER
Retired employee of Mississippi Industry for the Blind
PHILADELPHIA Services for Gertrude Breazeale Cooper will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Revs. Marshall Stokes and Jim Daniel officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. Cooper, 87, of Canton, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at Madison County Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Walter D. Cooper of Canton; four sisters, Grace Lewis, Mavis Ingram and Katherine Algood, all of Philadelphia, and Margaret Breazeale of Ellisville; and a brother, O.C. "Pete" Breazeale of Collinsville.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
BONNIE ADDY SMITH

UNION Services for Bonnie Addy Smith will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Mount Zion Congressional Methodist Church with the Revs. Tod Thompson and Loyd Adcock officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Smith, 75, of Union, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at Rankin Medical Center. She was a lifelong member of Mount Zion Congressional Methodist Church in Union. Ms. Smith was also the co-author of the Newton County Cemetery book.
Survivors include her husband, Jackson Eloit Smith of Decatur; three sons, Robert E. Smith of Natchez, Glen E. Smith of Brandon and Dale L. Smith of Pearl; a brother, Cecil Addy of Decatur; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brian Smith, Jason Smith, Tommy Smith, David Addy, Michael Addy and Ray Addy.
Visitation will be today from 5:30-9 p.m. at the funeral home and 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
