DAIELY MAE JOHNSON
Services for Daiely Mae Johnson will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Enterprise Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert E. Pearce officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Johnson, 83, of Meridian, died Thursday, March 29, 2001, in her home.
Survivors include a son, Robert Morgan Payne of Dayton, Ohio; three daughters, Oretha Amerson and Helen Miller, both of Meridian, and Gertrude Payne of Dayton; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, the Rev. James Thomas; her mother, Daily Ann Mosley; and her stepfather, Ruther Brown.
Visitation will be today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Mable Lewis Cox will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Barnett officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Forest Cemetery in Ethelsville, Ala., with the Rev. Brannon Pinnion officiating.
Mrs. Cox, 87, of Philadelphia, died Monday, April 2, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Christine Rigsby of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; three sons, William C. "Bill" Cox of Tucson, Ariz., John Robert Cox of Oviedo, Fla. and Danny Joe Cox of Philadelphia; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
