Graveside services for Annie Hazel Northrup will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Oddfellows Cemetery in Quitman with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Northrup, 74, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2001, at Riley Nursing Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita Clager of Woodbridge, Va.; a son, Larry Northrup of Quitman; two sisters, Kathryn Williams of Little Rock and Ruby Underwood of Meridian; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Retired maintenance supervisor for Union Square Apartments
UNION Services for William C. "Buddy" Page will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Otha Dennis officiating. Burial will be in Page Family Cemetery.
Mr. Page, 60, of Union died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2001, at Riley Hospital in Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Dooley Page of Union; a daughter, Penny Averett and her husband, Jimmy Averett, of Union; a son, William Ricky Page and his wife, Vickie Lanter, of Union; four sisters, Maggie Tucker, Mary Pinter and Janett Bailey, all of Harperville and Dot Renfore of Lena; three grandchildren, 2 stepgrandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today from 3-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
RUTH BRIDGES SAUCIER FIELD

PONTOTOC Services for Ruth Bridges Saucier Field will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Pontotoc. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Scooba with Browning Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Field, 80, of Shreveport, La., died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2001, at Willis-Knighton Pierremont. She was born in Electric Mills on Feb. 22, 1920. She was an enthusiastic leader in both her church and community. She was a certified lay speaker of the Pontotoc First United Methodist Church, she taught Sunday school and served as superintendent of the church on regional and state boards and committees. She served as a teacher in Mississippi secondary school systems for almost 20 years. Field was honored by her peers for her significant contributions as an educator and for her help in guiding the youth of the community. Ruth and her husband, Bill Bridges, her sister, Marjorie Thompson and her husband, Lee, built Pontotoc radio station WSEL in the 1960s. She took over as general manager after her husband's death. She was a member of the Mississippi Broadcasters' Association and actively worked to upgrade radio broadcasting and other forms of media that influence youth. She was a graduate of Mississippi State University and also one of few women in Mississippi to hold a first class radio-telephone license and a radio engineer's degree from Elkins Radio School in Atlanta. She was featured as an outstanding Mississippi citizen and cited for her accomplishments in the "Mississippian" which additionally recognized her for her many contributions as a professional business woman and civic leader.
Survivors include her husband, Charles S. Field Jr. of Calyx; two daughters, Carol Lynn Koutroulis of Gibslan, La. and Marge Ann Revere of Shreveport; two sisters, Marjorie Temple Thompson of Marks and Carolyn Temple Aust of Meridian; eight grandchildren, Ruthie Koutroulis Hardin of Houston, Kathy Koutroulis McGregor of Randolph, Tom Koutroulis, Aliso Vieio, Susan Koutroulis Maurier and Laguna Niquel, all of Calif., Brian Dillard of Hilton Head, S.C. and Melissa Dillard Lawrence of Grand Cane, La.; and several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, William S. Bridges and William Everett Saucier; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Temple; and a brother, E.A. "Sonny" Temple Jr.
The family requests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association, 520 Olive St., Shreveport, LA 71104, The Pontotoc United Methodist Church, 68 S. Main St., Pontotoc, MS 38863, any United Methodist Children's Home or Glen Oaks Retirement Center, 1524 Glen Oak Place, Shreveport, LA 71103.
Visitation will be today from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
BERTHA LEE NORDAN CLARK
GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Bertha Lee Nordan Clark will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Gilbertown Seventh Day Advent Church with the Rev. Bill Devine officiating. Burial will be in Gilbertown Cemetery with Phillips Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clark, 88, of Gilbertown, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at Willow Trace Nursing Center in Butler.
Survivors include her husband, Fred W. Clark of Gilbertown; a son, James "Sonny" Nordan of Butler; a brother, Joe Downs of Hattiesburg; a stepdaughter, Freddie Kay Wyatt of Spring, Texas; four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and two stepgrandsons.
Visitation will be today from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

BUTLER, Ala. Services for Robert Cedric Baughman Jr. will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Billy Burge officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Bumpers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Baughman, 72, of Butler, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, in Pennington.
Survivors include his wife, Doris W. Baughman of Butler; a son, Randall Baughman of Mobile; two daughters, Charlett B. Charles of Saraland and Janie B. Black of Butler; two brothers, Don Baughman and Jerry Baughman, both of Silas; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
JEWEL SHELTON RICHARDSON

UNION Services for Jewel Shelton Richardson will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Marcus Finch officiating. Burial will be in Union City Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Richardson, 89, of Union, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2001, at Laird Hospital.
Survivors include a son, Wade H. Richardson Jr. of Austin, Texas; a sister-in-law; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Richardson Sr. and a son, Woodrow Richardson.
Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
