Holy Ghost Revival Thursday at Christian Life Apostolic

Fellowship Baptist Church is collecting labels from Campbell's products soups, Pepperidge Farm cookies, crackers and other products, as well as Prego pasta sauces, Swanson broths, V-8 Juice and Franco American Spaghetti to purchase equipment for the church.

SUNDAY
A teaching of the concept of intercessory prayer will be presented by Bishop Clifton Jones at 10:30 a.m. at Church of the Way.
Jones is pastor of Jerusalem Temple Church, Philadelphia.
A benefit concert by the Alcorn State University Gospel Choir will be presented at 11 a.m. at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
The church is located at 512 18th St.
A program of gospel singing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church. Admission is free.
TOOMSUBA An appreciation program for Robert Alford, musician for Good Hope CME Church, will be held at 3 p.m.
Church choirs, soloists and groups are asked to provide two musical selections.
The church is located at 6153 Russell-Topton Road.
WEDNESDAY
Revival will begin and continue through Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene.
The Rev. Greg Beaty of Centerville will be guest evangelist. Beaty is recognized as an evangelist and singer and traveled for several years with the Beaty Family Singers.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. through Saturday and at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The church is located at 5121 Great River Drive.
THURSDAY
A Holy Ghost Revival will begin and continue on Friday at Christian Life Apostolic Church.
The Rev. Jerry Wayne Dillon will be guest evangelist. Services will begin at 7:30 each evening and will include anointed singing and preaching. The Friday night service will be dedicated to the late Wayne Alford.
The church is located on Highway 16 east.
COLLINSVILLE A three-night Revival of Restoration Service will be begin and continue through Saturday at Faith Christian Church.
The Rev. Michael Franks will conduct the services, which will begin at 7:30 each evening.
The church is located on Wilson Dale and Jeff Road.

LAKE A concert featuring the gospel groups Standing Tall of Penrose, N.C. and The Ridgeways of Hickory will be presented Feb. 17 at 5:30 p.m. at Sand Ridge Baptist Church.
A love offering will be taken.
The church is located 2 miles west of Lake on Highway 80.
MARTIN The congregation of Pine Grove Church will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their pastor, the Rev. Curtis M. Dyer Jr. on Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.
The church is located at 11874 Pine Grove Road.
The choral music workshop "Lift Every Voice" will begin Feb. 22 at St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Sponsored by the church's Sweet Spirits Inspirational Choir, the workshop will be directed by Jonas Crenshaw Jr. and Eris Jordan. A wide variety of musical selections will be featured, as well as informative sessions for choir members, directors and musicians.
The workshop will culminate on Feb. 25 as the workshop choir is presented in concert at 6 p.m.
St. Paul United Methodist Church is located at 2705 13th St.
A second planning meeting for the ecumenical walk Way of the Cross/Way of Peace will be held Feb. 22 at 4 and 7 p.m. at St. Patrick Parish Building.
The meeting is open to those interested in general information, learning more about the event and presenter churches or representatives. This will be the final planning session. All denominations are encouraged to participate in the annual walk, which is scheduled on Good Friday, April 13.
