CHARACTER EDUCATION Magnolia Middle School students, from left, Jakkita Bolden, Mindy Mendiola, Michael Johnson, Marrisa Stanton and Meeta Desai are pictured next to a bulletin board promoting self-discipline character emphasis for January. Through the Character Education Program, Meridian Public School elementary, middle and junior high school students are taught a different character trait each month. One character trait is studied and the lessons, morning announcements, bulletin boards, posters and other areas reflect this.
