Horne is currently director of Design with Luke &Kaye Architects.
In describing his work, Horne says, "My subjects and images ancient or unique are a mixture of past and present interpreted in a contemporary manner. The rhythm of color, textures and shapes for my images initiates feelings in the viewer that extend deeper than the image itself.
