55th anniversary
MR. AND MRS. SAMUEL PRICE SR.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Price Sr. of Enterprise will be honored with a reception celebrating their 55th anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2000, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Enterprise Town Hall. The couple has nine children, 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Price is the former Willie E. Smith. Family and friends are invited to attend.
50th anniversary
MR. AND MRS. EDWARD J. REEVES
The children of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Reeves will host a reception to honor the couple's 50th anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2000, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Northrup Chapel Baptist Church in Quitman. The couple have four children, Diane Busby and her husband, Peter, Jerry Reeves and his wife, Kim, Richard Reeves and his wife, Debbie, all of Quitman, and Ronnie Reeves of Houston, Texas; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. They were preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alexandria. The Reeves' are both retired from Quitman Knitting Mills.
