OBITUARIES FOR WEDNESDAY, DEC. 27, 2000

JOHN W. TOOLE
Retired from Maywebb Hosiery Mill
Services for John W. Toole will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church with the Rev. M.R. Holland officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Toole, 85, of Meridian, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, at Meridian Community Living Center.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Pawnell of Meridian, Arlene Trotter and Laura Prather, both of Cleveland, Ohio; a son, Johnny B. Toole of Meridian;a sister, Virgie Shannon of Meridian; and a brother, Willie B. Toole of Toomsuba.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a son and his parents.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements were incomplete at Enterprise Funeral Home for Lettie "Maw" Rash, 87, of Meridian, who died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2000, at Beverly HealthCare of Broadmoor.

Arrangements were incomplete at Enterprise Funeral Home for Elgie McConico, 97, of Meridian, who died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
