Bringing home a trophy

As an NCAA Division II team, Mississippi's Delta State University never seems to get the recognition it deserves. Yesterday may have changed all that as Delta State beat a hopelessly outclassed team from Pennsylvania, 63-34, to win the Division II national championship.
We congratulate the Statesmen on a championship season.
Just think of it, a national championship in football. When's the last time any of our so-called major colleges delivered one of those?
