Services for Bobby Ray Harper will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Roy Dabbs and Linda Weatherford officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Bonita.
Mr. Harper, 51, of Meridian, died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Harper, two sons, Steve Harper and his wife, Jennifer, and Justin Harper, a sister, Peggy Boswell, all of Meridian; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Timmy Long, Ken Long, Eddie Boswell, David Pierce and Phillip Maples.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

QUITMAN Services for Evaline Goins will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Peter Baptist Church in Vossburg with the Rev. Ronnie Horne officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Goins, 77, of Quitman, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2000, at Lakeside Living Center in Quitman.
Survivors include a daughter, Etha M. Terrell of Shubuta; six sisters, Sarah L. Williams of New Orleans, Earnestine Brown of Shubuta, Wilamenia Harper of Erie, Pa., Shirley Barnett of Shubuta and Betty Jean Riley of Quitman; six brothers, Henry Terrell Sr. of Quitman, James Terrell of Whitfield, Leroy Terrell of Shubuta, Floyd Terrell of Laurel, J.C. Terrell of Vossburg and Tommy Terrell of Shubuta; an uncle, Versie L. Terrell of Vossburg; and an aunt, Dorothy Terrell of New Orleans; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

DEKALB Graveside services for Joseph "Joe" Eades will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Hermon Church Cemetery in York, Ala., with the Rev. Evan McDonald officiating. E.E. McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Eades, 71, of Porterville, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, in his home.
Survivors include his wife Charlie Eades of Emelle, Ala.; two daughters, Becky Eades and Marshall Eades, both of Porterville, Ala.; four sons, Robert Eades of Porterville, Terrience Eades of Livingston, Ala., Billy J. Eades of DeKalb and David Eades of Boyd, Ala.; three brothers, George Eades of Boyd, Ala., A.C. Eades and his wife, Sally, of Porterville and Willie Forton of Livingston; three sisters, Dessie Ree Lowe and Mary R. Calhoun, both of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Lucille Calhoun of Cannon, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.

Mrs. John, 64, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, Hamilton John of Philadelphia; three daughters, Sherry Mae Greaves of Philadelphia, Cynthia Faye Lewis of Leemore, Calif. and JoAnn Thompson of Philadelphia; two sons, Kevin Ray Thompson and Steve Hamilton John, both of Philadelphia; a sister, Nancy Lee Isaac of Philadelphia; a half-sister, Irene Willis of Philadelphia; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Thompson.
Visitation will be today at 10 a.m. at the family home.

Mr. Walker, 69, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Letha M. Walker, two daughters, Beverly McCleon and Patricia Smith, and a son, Claude L. Walker Jr., all of Meridian; three brothers, Clyde Walker of Chicago, Ernest Walker of Everett, Wash., and Monroe Walker Jr. of Oxon Hill, Md.; five grandchildren, Dexter McCleon of St. Louis, and Tamara McCleon, Sammie Cole Jr., Reginald Walker and Kristin Smith, all of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Eva Walker and a brother and two sisters.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
