PHILADELPHIA Services for M.E. "El" Turner will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel, with the Revs. Dennis Duvall and Barron Pilgrim officiating. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery in Neshoba County.
Mr. Turner, 85, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2000, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Turner of Philadelphia; a daughter, Brenda Kay Andreas of Yuma, Ariz.; a son, the Rev. K.W. Turner of Meridian; two sisters, Dorothy Duncan of Philadelphia and Nettie Lee Wright of Inverness; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
